A romotely operated 4 inch aperture telescope for long distance surveillance. It is a step zoom system with 6 discreet focal lengths (all parfocal) yielding focal lengths of 360mm f/3.6, 760mm f/7.6, 1090mm f/10.9, 1350mm f/13.5, 2030mm f/20.3 and 3100mm f/31.
